* $30 Flat Rate shipping, excludes furniture items, pots & bulky items.
Shipping is not calculated at the checkout for certain items due to the unique size and weight of this item. You will be notified via email with a calculated shipping cost which will need to be paid over the phone prior to dispatch.
Within Australia
You will receive your order in approximately 3-7 working days. If you have not received your order within the days specified please contact us at stephanie@zurihome.com.au.
International Shipping
We are currently working on ways of sharing our online shopping experience with our international friends, but in the meantime if you are somewhere other than Australia and find something you must have in our store, please contact us via email at stephanie@zurihome.com.au to discuss shipping options and availability.
Larger items, particularly fragile or bulky items may incur significant freight costs, but soft furnishings, rugs and smaller items should not pose a problem.
We are happy to provide you with a quote.
Lost or Damaged Goods
If goods are lost or damaged in transit, please contact us at stephanie@zurihome.com.au within 7 working days of placing your order so we can investigate.
Customer Service Policy
Zuri Home is committed to providing quality products. We endeavour to make sure that all products listed on our website are currently in stock and pricing is true and correct. Standard delivery time frames are between 3-7 business days;(except during covid lockdowns) in the event that an ordered item is not available or we are unable to fulfil your order we will notify you within 2 business days to arrange an agreeable alternative item, a backorder or a full refund.
